In our project area number of Orphan, Semi Orphan , Disabled people and Street Children are found. The problem of orphan / street children is acute due to urbanization and industrialization.
Due to the deaths of HIV/AIDS affected persons, Re-marriage of deserted / widowed / divorce women, absence of love and security in the families, Family disputes, Unwanted pregnancy of Trafficking / Sexually exploited girls; these orphan and street children are left without care and support.
These children are involved in rag picking; pick pocketing and participating in anti-social, criminal activities.

When I was still young ,I got saved ,after a charity work that was made on streets of Kampala . These good Christians came to me preaching the gospel to turn to Christ and they were serving us food and giving us medical checks and treatment for those that were found with a disease, From that Gospel it left my heart changed although the devil had still captured me in a cave, after one month later I decided to come back to Mityana my home town ,with an idea of looking for a church not with a purpose of being saved to go to heaven but to be saved from eating and sleeping on streets.
I was lucky enough to meet good Christian family( Rev. REV. PATRICK ZZIWA) , they Had a big heart to help, they adopted me in their family, we lived a poor life although i could access something to eat and sleeping in a house ,it was such a beautiful Christian family who built me strong spiritually, I started getting dreams of children who were suffering when I shared with these parents they thought my memory was still on streets.
Time went on these dreams started becoming continuous in my life and I wanted to take action of help in my dreams ,I used to shower them in dreams and crying for their situation, I always thought I wish I could take them where I was adopted.
That time some of the children we were staying with had died due to serious sickness and we couldn't access medicine unless we had to wait for born again who could have that program of visiting us may it was once in a year because they used to take long to come back.
My faith and love to help develop strongly the day I found a girl wrapped in a polythene bag ,left on garbage I started taking care of her , after reporting to police their was a lady who was given responsibility when I had no where to help her from. I decided to take care of her in hands of that old woman , unfortunately that girl died of malaria and some other complications I could know by that time,
I started working as a young man, and I decided to help children who were going through the same life I grew through I got a Christian man who had buildings he made them into school structure I asked him to give me one house if I could gather my children i tell them good words and serving them from there of which he accepted, years after I asked him to give us this house my children to start schooling with the children who were paying ,I could work for him and I work with the coffee factory to pay them school fees which was relatively cheap because the school was built on Christian foundation, time came when I couldn't afford to manage and the children had come into big numbers because all the surrounding communities had known me of my work.
